All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Sound Rescue and the Site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of the site.

  • Violate the intellectual property rights of the Site owners or any third party;

  • Engaging in fraudulent activities.

If we believe you are using our Site illegally or in breach of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access and take legal action if necessary.

Age Restrictions

Our products and services are not intended for those under the age of 16 unless specific parental consent is provided. We accept no responsibility for false statements regarding age.

Sale of Services

These Terms apply to the sale of services available on our Site, including but not limited do:

  • Tickets for Sound Bath classes

Services must be paid for in full at the time of order. While we aim for accuracy in all descriptions, images, and information, we cannot guarantee every detail is free from error. You purchase services at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel orders. If we can an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

Sale of Physical Goods

These Terms also apply to any physical products purchased from our Site.

Product Descriptions

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. Colours and sizes may vary slightly from those shown due to photography, screen settings, or manufacturing variations.

Availability

We do not guarantee that all items shown are in stock. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and provide a refund.

Risk and Title

Ownership of goods passes to you upon full payment. Risk passes upon delivery.

Sale of Digital Products

These Terms also apply to digital products, including but not limited to downloadable audio, video, and PDF content.

  • Digital products are for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • All intellectual property rights remain with Sound Rescue.

  • You may not copy, share, resell, or modify digital products without permission.

  • All sales of digital products are final. Once a download has started, you waive your 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless the product is defective.

Delivery and Shipping

Physical Goods

We deliver to the UK and may offer international delivery (subject to local restrictions). Delivery costs and timeframes will be shown at checkout. Any customs duties or taxes for international orders are at the buyer's responsibility.

Digital Goods

Digital products will be available for download after purchase via the link contained in an email sent to the email address provided by you on the order confirmation. It is your responsibility to ensure your device meets the technical requirements to access the file.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Physical Goods

You have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order for a full refund, provided the items are returned unused in original packaging, and in resalable condition. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Digital Products

No refunds are offered once a download has begun, except where the item is defective or not as described.

Services (Event Tickets)

Ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is cancelled by us.

Payments

We accept payment by credit/debit card and other payment methods as shown at checkout.

Payments for event tickets are processed by Eventbrite and are subject to their terms. Payments for goods and digital products are processed by our chosen payment provider(s) and subject to their terms.

Third Party Goods and Services

Our Site may contain links or references to third-party websites, goods, or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties.

Consumer Protection Law

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or other applicable legislation..

Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, Sound Rescue and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of the Site, our products, or our services, except for liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
