Delivery Information

Processing times

• Orders are usually processed with 3 working days after payment is received.

• We'll email you once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Methods & Cost

• UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

• Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

Expected Delivery Times

• UK: 2-3 working days after dispatch (Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays)

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something's not right, here's how to return it.

Physical Products

• You can return most new, unused items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund.

• Items must be in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

• You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Digital Downloads

• Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the download link has been sent.

Event Tickets

• Tickets for events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

• If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person - please contact us to arrange this.

Refund Processing

• We aim to process refunds within 3 working days of us receiving your return. It may take our payment processing provider 7-10 working days to return the funds to you.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
