About Sound Rescue

Sound Rescue was founded to help more people discover the profound benefits of sound baths for relaxation and restoring balance in our increasingly hectic lives. I host pop-up sound baths at venues across London, offer private sessions and deliver corporate events. Visit the events page to view my upcoming schedule.

Whether you're a first-timer, or sound bath regular, my sessions make meditation easy and accessible. Check out our FAQs for more info.

About Me

A close friend introduced me to the concept of a sound bath over a decade ago. I quickly dismissed the idea as being too ‘out there’ for me.

Ten years later, the gruelling pace and unrelenting demands of corporate life began to take their toll. As my career progressed, I increasingly prioritised work over my friends, family, and most importantly, my own well-being. The longer the office hours grew, the longer I lay awake at night, plagued by racing thoughts about my insurmountable to-do list. Burnout was inevitable. It took a medical scare to shock me into taking self-care more seriously.

I began experimenting with various activities and eventually booked a sound bath. The experience was transformative. Unlike other forms of mindfulness and meditation I had tried, all I had to do was show up, lie down, and get lost in the rhythmic sounds and vibrations. Afterward, I felt a sense of calm and relaxation that had been missing from my life for a long time.

I knew there were others like me who struggled with traditional meditation practices but were perhaps sceptical about attending their first sound bath. I decided to do something about this, and Sound Rescue was born.
